Eurocash is the leading partner for Polish grocery stores, local entrepreneurs, and restaurateurs.
For years, the company has supported them in their daily operations, providing not only FMCG products but also tools that simplify business management.
It is a brand that understands B2B market needs better than anyone else, and one that consistently invests in the development of its digital services.

At the start of our collaboration, Eurocash operated two parallel digital worlds: an online ordering system for delivery and a separate Cash & Carry app and website for in-store shopping.
Each channel functioned differently, with its own logic and distinct user base. The company needed a solution to merge these worlds into a single, cohesive platform.

The greatest challenge was scale. Eurocash serves thousands of businesses every day, and every client uses the application differently.
Some order goods for their stores and track deliveries. Others shop in-store with a smartphone in hand, browsing promotions and products available on-site. Still others need to efficiently manage documents, invoices, payments, and delivery schedules.
Legacy solutions could no longer meet these demands. This dual-track service model generated inconsistency, additional costs, and development bottlenecks. Furthermore, Eurocash had to offer full support for a complex B2B promotion system featuring volume-based pricing, unique mechanics, and frequent updates.
The goal was to create a single application capable of handling the specific demands of wholesale FMCG trade while remaining intuitive, modern, digitally accessible, and visually aligned with the brand.

The collaboration with Eurocash spanned two years and was one of the most complex projects we have ever undertaken.
We began by analysing the processes of both channels and the user experiences – ranging from small shop owners and franchisees to representatives of the catering industry. Understanding their workflows allowed us to design a completely new approach to B2B shopping.
We created eurocash360 – the first application to bridge Cash & Carry in-store shopping with online delivery orders. It allows users to transition seamlessly between channels, whether they are physically in a warehouse or ordering goods remotely for their business. A new promotion engine handles hundreds of discount and pricing models, while an advanced architecture allowed us to integrate existing systems with a brand-new functional layer.
Key to the project was designing a consistent design system, which organised the entire platform visually and technologically while accelerating development work. We also prioritised digital accessibility – from color schemes and contrasts to clear interaction patterns-ensuring the app meets modern standards and is comfortable for every user.
During implementation, we also developed onboarding solutions to ensure the transition from two legacy apps to one unified platform was as natural as possible for existing customers.

Today, eurocash360 is a tool that tangibly changes the way thousands of entrepreneurs across Poland work.
It has replaced two separate systems – each with its own limitations – with a single, modern, and flexible application. As a result, Eurocash customers can shop in-store, order for delivery, browse promotions, manage documents and settlements, and even handle self-payments at the warehouse – all in one place.
The application quickly gained positive user feedback and, crucially, has become a solid foundation for Eurocash to further digitise and modernise its sales processes.
For our team, this project was not only a massive organisational challenge but also a confirmation of our ability to successfully lead large-scale implementations for major brands. We successfully merged design, technology, and business goals into one cohesive solution.
eurocash360 sets a new standard for B2B tools in the FMCG industry and demonstrates how a well-thought-out product can fundamentally impact an entire sector.
