Adria Art is one of the largest Polish brands in the event industry, operating continuously since 1999.
It is known for organising a variety of cultural and entertainment events all over Poland – from theatre performances and concerts to comedy shows and stand-ups.

The Adria Art platform, which serves as the digital heart of their operations, manages over 2,500 events annually.
On the occasion of their 25th anniversary, the company decided to refresh its website to better meet the needs of its growing audience and address the challenges of modern e-commerce.

The main goal for Adria Art was to modernise its ticketing platform, which is the foundation of their sales. The challenges the Client came to us with required a comprehensive approach.
It was necessary to migrate the platform from an older architecture to modern technologies – Laravel + Inertia.js – and to implement a new design.
It was also crucial to introduce seamless integration with the ticketing system to ensure a consistent purchasing experience for users. The system had to be ready to handle heavy traffic and thousands of simultaneous orders.
Furthermore, the Client needed custom functionalities such as an advanced filtering system, a unique loyalty program, and content management tools that were not available in ready-made solutions.

At the beginning of the cooperation, we focused on thoroughly understanding the Client’s needs.
We chose modern and flexible technologies that fully addressed Adria Art’s challenges:
Modern full-stack architecture: we built the platform based on Laravel, Inertia.js, React, and TypeScript, which allowed us to create a scalable and efficient system. We used Server-Side Rendering (SSR) to ensure optimal SEO performance, and Tailwind CSS for styling.
Custom administrative panel: we created a proprietary admin panel based on Laravel Nova, which gives the Client full control over all website resources – from content and event management to images. Thanks to this, Adria Art can efficiently and independently manage its platform.
Hosting and infrastructure: to ensure reliability and high performance, the platform was launched in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) environment, using, among others, S3 for file storage, EC2 for running the application, and RDS for database management. In addition, several performance optimisation solutions were implemented, including a Redis-based cache system and application monitoring using Sentry and Laravel Pulse.
Advanced integrations: apart from seamless integration with the ticketing system, we also implemented custom connections with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, which enabled the Client to perform detailed data tracking and analysis.

This cooperation resulted in the creation of a stable and efficient platform that fully supports Adria Art’s business goals.
Thanks to the new architecture, the system easily handles heavy traffic and thousands of simultaneous transactions, which is crucial during ticket sales for popular events.
Additionally, the implementation of the proprietary administrative panel and advanced tools gave the Adria Art team full autonomy in content management, significantly improving efficiency and saving time.
The new platform also significantly improved the user experience. The seamless integration with the ticketing system and advanced features, such as the loyalty system, resulted in a more consistent and satisfying purchasing experience.
The success of this project led to long-term cooperation. The mohi.to team continues to maintain the platform, monitor its performance, and actively develop further projects for Adria Art, which proves the Client’s trust and satisfaction.

From the very beginning, communication was clear, and all tasks were completed on time. We appreciate not only the full commitment but also the high quality of the proposed technological solutions, which made it possible to create a large and complex, yet extremely fast and agile website. The final result fully met our expectations and effectively supports the achievement of our business goals in practice.”
