Digital Project Manager

We are currently looking for Project Managers to join our team, who will help our team take their e-commerce and digital products to a higher level.

What will you be doing:

  • taking care of the agency’s key clients – taking care of the implementation of their business goals and satisfaction with the cooperation with the agency
  • conducting digital projects – controlling the schedule and project profitability, work verification and reporting
  • ensuring the quality of implementation – monitoring whether the project is carried out in accordance with the procedures adopted in the company
  • conducting regular communication with the team (UX Research, UX design, UI design, Front-end development, Back-end development, Quality Assurance)
  • conducting direct communication with clients and subcontractors
  • taking care of maintaining the business assumptions of the products
  • developing cooperation with clients

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

  • you have min. 3 years of experience in an independent position as a PM
  • you have agency experience,
  • you know English at C1 level,
  • you understand the process of designing digital products (websites, applications, e-commerce),
  • running several projects at the same time is not a problem for you,
  • you are a communicative person with a friendly disposition; you get on well with people,
  • you are distinguished by a proactive attitude, professionalism, as well as the ability to think analytically and critically, assertiveness,
  • you are well organized, conscientious and on time,
  • you assume that all problems can be solved,
  • you can communicate information and negotiate in an atmosphere of transparency.

An additional advantage will be:

  • you have worked on the basis of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, YouTrack or Trello
  • you know tools such as WordPress, Github, CRM systems, Google Analytics and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
  • you are familiar with trends in designing and managing e-commerce business
  • you understand the application of particular programming languages

  • employment under an employment contract or a B2B contract
  • salary: 9,000 – 12,000 netto for B2B or 7,000 – 10,000 gross for UOP
